Tips for a healthy family life

 

A few small steps can make a big difference in your family life. Building happy memories and making meaningful connections.

Many mums and dads found the best part about making change was the time they gained with their children. By reducing their drinking they were able to spend more quality time together.

Alcohol affects family life in lots of different ways. Alcohol can make you feel tired or hungover, this can impact on everyday things and make it harder for you to enjoy those things too.

Time spent together will look different in each family. It’s not just about doing new things but immersing yourself in existing activities.

So if you would normally have a drink doing any of these activities, why not try next time going alcohol free and seeing what difference that makes?
